Opened in August 2015 by Natalie Rakestraw, Brice Collier, and Jared Muse, our name 'Koda' is the Sioux word for friend, capturing the unique brotherhood and supportive environment we champion every day. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to class. This allows us to show you around the gym, introduce you to the coach on duty, and go over your athletic history and goals.

Required equipment

Comfortable, breathable athletic apparel, supportive flat-bottomed shoes or cross-trainers, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every class is exactly one hour, beginning with a coach-led warmup, followed by skill or strength practice, and completing with the Workout of the Day (WOD) and stretching.
