A comprehensive introductory program teaching you the foundational movements of weightlifting and gymnastics. Learn the core techniques, gym vocabulary, and safety guidelines under close coach supervision.

An expansive private concrete parking lot is available directly in front of Building A, providing completely free and secure parking for all members.

We focus closely on movement mechanics first, ensuring high consistency before ramping up intensity. Our daily workouts feature scalability so anyone can progress safely.
Athletes are monitored in every class. By tracking daily achievements, workouts, and scaling parameters, coaches and athletes celebrate milestones and strength goals together.
Please arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to class. This allows us to show you around the gym, introduce you to the coach on duty, and go over your athletic history and goals.
Comfortable, breathable athletic apparel, supportive flat-bottomed shoes or cross-trainers, and a water bottle.
Every class is exactly one hour, beginning with a coach-led warmup, followed by skill or strength practice, and completing with the Workout of the Day (WOD) and stretching.
