Beginner's guide

First visit

We suggest getting to the gym 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. A coach will welcome you, introduce you to the facility and training floor layout, and brief you on the exercise movements scheduled for that day.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable active training clothes, cross-training or athletic footwear, a personal water bottle, and a personal gym sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions take 60 minutes, starting with a 10-minute structural joint mobilization warm-up, moving into an intensive technical strength phase, executing a high-power fitness workout, and finishing with a functional cool-down stretch.
