Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, tour the facility, and sign our waiver. We will walk you through the workout and scaling options.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (flat soles preferred for lifting), a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions consist of a general and specific warm-up (15 min), a strength or skill component (15-20 min), the Workout of the Day/WOD (15-20 min), and a cool-down/stretch (10 min).
