Alex is a certified CrossFit Level 2 Trainer with over a decade of coaching experience. He specializes in Olympic weightlifting and functional movement progression.

We follow the core CrossFit methodology—constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. Under attentive, coach-led sessions, we prioritize safe biomechanics over weight on the bar.
Members progress through clear, incremental milestones. We establish consistent movement mechanics first, introduce volume and consistency second, and build up intensity last.
Arrive 10-15 minutes early so our coaches can welcome you, show you around the farm facility, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or physical goals you have before class.
Comfortable athletic clothes, flat-soled training shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel are recommended.
A 60-minute session begins with a dynamic warm-up, moves into a skill or strength training phase, progresses to the metabolic Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with cool-down stretching.
Our community joins the global CrossFit Open, celebrating together with weekly Friday night showdowns and social gatherings.
An internal, fun team-based competition held outdoors at Vale Farm, followed by a community barbecue and celebration.

Sarah combines her scientific background in biomechanics with practical coaching to deliver workouts that are safe, effective, and tailored. She excels at breaking down complex gymnastics movements into manageable steps for beginners.
