Welcome to Kayi CrossFit Keston, situated in the scenic Vale Farm on Leaves Green Road. We are a dedicated functional fitness and CrossFit facility serving the Keston, Bromley, and Kent communities. Our mission is to help you learn the power of functional fitness using verified CrossFit methodologies under the safe guidance of our highly experienced coaches. Whether you are a seasoned competitive athlete or starting your fitness journey from scratch, we provide a welcoming, ego-free environment designed to build strength, improve mobility, and foster long-term health. Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early so our coaches can welcome you, show you around the farm facility, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or physical goals you have before class.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic clothes, flat-soled training shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel are recommended.

What a typical session looks like

A 60-minute session begins with a dynamic warm-up, moves into a skill or strength training phase, progresses to the metabolic Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with cool-down stretching.
