Beginner's guide

First visit

On your first visit, try to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can show you around, introduce you to the coach, and help you get comfortable. We will chat briefly about your fitness goals and any injuries or concerns before we start.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled training shoes (suitable for running and lifting), a personal water bottle, and a towel if needed.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute session begins with a coach-led general warm-up, followed by specific movement instructions or strength training. Next comes the main WOD (Workout of the Day), finished with a cool-down and mobility stretching.
