The Work of the Day is our primary group training class. Every day presents a new challenge combining elements of gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and high-intensity cardio.

Public transit options are minimal around this industrial park; accessing the gym via private vehicle or cycling from West Main Street or Missouri Blvd is highly recommended.
