Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows our coaches to introduce themselves, show you the facility, and discuss any pre-existing injuries or physical limitations.

Required equipment

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, supportive flat-soled athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every standard session is 60 minutes long, beginning with a coach-led dynamic warmup, followed by skill or strength work, and ending with the metabolic WOD and a group cooldown.
