Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 minutes early so Coach Jason can introduce you to the space, discuss any injuries or fitness background, and walk you through the session plan.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Starts with a 10-minute active mobility warm-up, followed by 35-40 minutes of custom strength or boxing conditioning, ending with a 10-minute guided cool-down stretch.
