Methodology

Using the classic, evidence-based CrossFit methodology, we combine weightlifting, cardiovascular endurance, and bodyweight gymnastics in constantly varied, high-intensity formats.

Progression

Every movement is fully scalable. Members progress from learning basic movement mechanics to mastering consistency, and finally increasing intensity under coach supervision.

Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early so our coaches can introduce themselves, give you a tour of the space, and discuss any current injuries or personal fitness goals.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, supportive training shoes (flat-soled or CrossFit-specific shoes are ideal), a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute class includes a dynamic warm-up (10-15 mins), a specific strength or skill-building block (15-20 mins), the high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD) (10-20 mins), and a recovery stretch/cool-down.
