Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to meet your coach, fill out your waiver, and tour our facility. Your coach will discuss your fitness history and any mobility limitations to ensure safe adjustments.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic apparel, flat-soled cross-training shoes, a reusable personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every structured class consists of a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 15-minute strength or gymnastics skills lesson, a 20-30 minute metabolic WOD, and a guided mobility cooldown.
