Founded by dedicated directors with roots in Yorkshire and Samoa, we offer a welcoming and high-quality training experience for clients of all ages and abilities. Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes prior to your session. You will be greeted by Aimee or Mase, given a short tour of our private facility, and sit down for an informal discussion of your fitness goals.

Required equipment

Comfortable activewear, clean athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions consist of a 10-minute targeted dynamic warmup, 40 minutes of tailored strength or conditioning work, and a 10-minute cooldown and stretch.
