Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. One of our coaches will welcome you, show you around our state-of-the-art facility, discuss your fitness goals, and brief you on the workout structure so you feel completely confident.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, a water bottle, and supportive training shoes (running shoes or functional trainers are ideal). We provide towels and all specialized training equipment.

What a typical session looks like

A standard 60-minute session begins with a 10-minute dynamic group warm-up, followed by a 40-minute functional endurance or strength workout scaled to your level, and concludes with a 10-minute guided cool-down and mobility stretch.
