Comfortable athletic wear, a water bottle, and supportive training shoes (running shoes or functional trainers are ideal). We provide towels and all specialized training equipment.
A standard 60-minute session begins with a 10-minute dynamic group warm-up, followed by a 40-minute functional endurance or strength workout scaled to your level, and concludes with a 10-minute guided cool-down and mobility stretch.
