Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Head directly to the reception desk for a tour of our training zones and an introduction to your head coach.

Required equipment

Clean, indoor training shoes for functional fitness. For martial arts classes, wear a comfortable shirt, athletic shorts, and bring a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions consist of a dynamic 10-minute movement-based warm-up, a 40-minute high-intensity core set or technical drills, and a 10-minute guided cool-down.
