Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. A coach will welcome you, introduce you to our facility layout, and walk you through the day's movement patterns.

Required equipment

Please bring clean, flat-soled athletic training shoes, comfortable athletic apparel, a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session consists of a 10-minute active warm-up, a strength skill practice session, the main workout (WOD) lasting 15 to 30 minutes, and a guided cool-down stretch.
