Our coaching methodology balances strict physical standards with safe, progressive athletic movements. We ensure each participant executes movements under optimal form before adding speed or external load.
Members progress from fundamental movement competencies to advanced hybrid sports training. Coaches track individual benchmarks during key workouts to map functional strength gains.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. Introduce yourself at the front desk where a coach will show you the facility, run through any medical forms, and brief you on what to expect during the session.
Bring a bottle of water, a clean hand towel, and wear comfortable athletic gear. All technical equipment (sleds, rigs, weights) is provided. Standard training shoes are highly recommended.
A standard 60-minute session consists of a thorough dynamic warm-up (10 min), a technical and movement standard briefing (5 min), the core workout of the day/conditioning blocks (35-40 min), followed by a guided group cool-down and mobility stretch (5-10 min).
