Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, sign a waiver, and get a tour of the facility. We will walk you through the day's WOD and help you scale movements as needed.

Required equipment

Athletic clothing, comfortable cross-training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Sessions last 60 minutes and include a group warm-up, a strength or skill component, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretch.
