Located on Highway 16 South, the gym is easily accessible for residents of Fredericksburg and those traveling through the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The area is characterized by its scenic drives and a mix of local businesses.
The location is best accessed by private vehicle, as is typical for the Fredericksburg area.

Members progress through consistent attendance and guided coaching, moving from foundational movements to complex weightlifting and gymnastics at their own pace.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your coach, sign a waiver, and get a tour of the facility. We will walk you through the day's WOD and help you scale movements as needed.
