Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class. A coach will welcome you, show you around the facility, and run through the workout format.
Comfortable athletic wear, supportive training shoes (running shoes or flat-sole lifting shoes), a sweat towel, and a water bottle.
A 10-minute structured warm-up, followed by the main strength or conditioning workout (35-40 minutes), and concluding with a 5-minute cool-down and stretch.
An internal event simulating a complete or half-distance Hyrox race to test your limits in a supportive group environment.
