Please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Our friendly reception staff will walk you through our facilities, introduce you to your coach, and show you to the changing rooms.
Please bring comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a personal towel. Boxing wraps and gloves are recommended for combat classes.
Each class lasts 60 minutes, starting with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of skill/cardio/strength work, and finishing with a 10-minute cool-down stretch.
