Beginner's guide

First visit

Upon arrival at Unit 11, you'll be greeted by your coach for a brief tour and a movement assessment to ensure your first session is safe and effective.

Required equipment

Comfortable gym wear, supportive training shoes, and a water bottle. We provide all towels and specialized equipment.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a dynamic warm-up, a structured strength block, a functional conditioning finisher, and a cool-down.
