Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. One of our professional coaches will welcome you, introduce the facility, and scale your workout.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout wear, training flat shoes, a bottle of water, and a small sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session involves a technical warmup, barbell/gymnastic movement instruction, the actual workout (WOD), and a group cool-down stretch.
