Beginner's guide

First visit

Upon arrival, our welcoming coaching staff will guide you through our facility. We will conduct an initial posture assessment and build a customized layout of your path toward your personal goals.

Required equipment

Please bring comfortable, flexible athletic clothes, clean indoor athletic shoes, a workout towel, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Every session includes a 10-minute dynamic mobility warm-up, a 30-minute tailored functional strength circuit or tech-driven EMS routine, and a 10-minute core cooldown and stretch.
