Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. A trainer will meet you at the reception desk to take you through a facility tour, discuss your goals, and prep you for your first functional class.

Required equipment

Please bring a personal sweat towel, a clean water bottle, and wear comfortable athletic clothing alongside supportive training or running shoes.

What a typical session looks like

Each session features a structured 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 20-minute movement strength or skill block, a 25-minute metabolic fitness circuit, and a 5-minute cooldown stretch.
