Our approach is community-centric. We believe that fitness is most effective when performed in a supportive, group environment where members push each other.
We utilize the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, with a heavy emphasis on proper technique first.
Members progress through a series of scaled movements, gradually increasing weight and intensity as their technical proficiency improves.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to meet the coach and sign our waiver. We'll give you a tour and brief you on the workout.
Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a small towel.
Each session includes a specific warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down stretch.
