We believe fitness should prepare you for the challenges of real life. Our approach emphasizes functional movements executed at high intensity, customized to each member's personal biomechanics and physical threshold.
We utilize the official CrossFit methodology: constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. We combine classic gymnastics control, cardiorespiratory conditioning, and multi-joint barbell lifting.
Members progress through safe, structured movement scaling. We prioritize mechanics first, consistency second, and only then do we add relative intensity.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. Introduce yourself to the coach at the front desk, who will give you a brief tour, discuss any past physical injuries, and introduce you to the session format.
Bring comfortable workout attire, supportive cross-training or athletic shoes, and a personal water bottle. Showers and towels are provided on-site.
A standard 60-minute class includes a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 15-minute strength or skill practice session, a 20-25 minute metabolic conditioning workout (WOD), and a 10-minute cool-down stretch.
