Our core daily Workout of the Day (WOD). It combines high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobic conditioning to build robust, functional fitness.
Objective: All-Round Functional Capacity & Strength
A high-stamina class built around the movements and pacing of the worldwide HYROX race. Expect high-volume running, sled pushing, sled pulling, wall balls, and targeted endurance work.
Objective: Endurance, Stamina & Mental Toughness
A specialized technical class focusing on the Clean & Jerk, the Snatch, and dynamic accessory exercises. Perfect for developing explosive speed, power, and precise barbell mechanics.
Objective: Barbell Technique & Explosive Power
A lower-impact, high-volume aerobic session designed to build an immense cardiovascular baseline using Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs, and Echo bikes.
Objective: Aerobic Capacity & Cardiorespiratory Health

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. Shane or one of our coaches will warmly welcome you, give you a tour of the facility, and carefully brief you on the movements of the day.
Bring comfortable athletic wear, flat-soled training shoes, a personal sweat towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated during training.
Every 60-minute class includes a progressive dynamic warm-up (10 min), a strength or skill technique review (15 min), the high-intensity Workout of the Day (25 min), and a cool-down stretch (10 min).
