We begin with joint assessment and basic movement screening. From there, we systematically track your running pacing, strength lifts, and cardiovascular recovery times so you see clear, measurable progress.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. You will meet your coach, complete a brief movement consultation, and get oriented with our functional equipment zones.
We recommend comfortable athletic wear, supportive training shoes (flat-soled shoes are great for lifting; cushioned trainers are great for HYROX), and a personal hydration bottle.
Each session lasts 60 minutes, beginning with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 40-minute focused core strength or metabolic conditioning block, and concluding with a 10-minute active recovery stretch.
