Limited direct access. Most members arrive via the B481 road connecting Sonning Common to Reading.

Members progress through scaled workouts, moving from foundational movements to advanced techniques as their mobility and strength improve.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to meet Coach Sean, tour the farm facility, and discuss any injuries or goals.
