Every workout is structured into three essential blocks: Warmup (muscle activation and mobility), Technique (skill refining and strength lifting), and the WOD (the main high-intensity workout).
Coaches constantly monitor your lifting mechanics. As your mobility and technical form improve, we guide you through gradual weight additions and advanced gymnastic progressions.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet the coaches, check out our 600m² box, and run through a quick health screening. Your coach will outline the scaled options for the daily session.
Standard gym clothes, flat-heeled training shoes (such as CrossFit nanos or minimal trainers), a bottle of water, and a small towel.
