Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes early to meet the coaches, check out our 600m² box, and run through a quick health screening. Your coach will outline the scaled options for the daily session.

Required equipment

Standard gym clothes, flat-heeled training shoes (such as CrossFit nanos or minimal trainers), a bottle of water, and a small towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each session starts with a 15-minute joint warmup, followed by 20 minutes of strength or skill work, ending with a high-intensity WOD lasting 15-25 minutes.
