Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan on arriving about 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled group session. Our staff will guide you through a tour of the facility, check your registration, and introduce you to your class coach.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable sports clothing, supportive training shoes (ideally flat-soled CrossFit shoes), a personal water bottle, and a dry towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute session begins with a joint mobility dynamic warmup, transitions to a technical barbell or bodyweight strength sequence, continues with the fast-paced Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with cool-down stretching.
