Founder & Head Coach
Gary founded FITz Fitness over a decade ago with the mission to eliminate intimidating gym environments. He specializes in strength training, metabolic conditioning, and helping beginners fall in love with fitness.

Our signature class focused on building physical strength, learning solid lifting mechanics, and sculpting lean muscle. Guided by a professional coach, you will work through progressive compound lifts safely and effectively.

Engineered for optimal functional endurance. This high-energy class simulates the movements and athletic demands of a HYROX race, incorporating targeted running sequences, sled pushes, rowers, and wall balls.

A dynamic, circuit-based metabolic conditioning class. Perfect for burning calories, boosting heart health, and building explosive power using kettbells, slam balls, and functional tools.

We feature plenty of dedicated, complimentary on-site parking spaces right outside Sullane House, ensuring hassle-free arrivals for all early morning and evening classes.
We strongly believe that exercise should build you up and leave you feeling accomplished, rather than exhausted and broken down. Our training philosophy centers on safety, sustainable progression, and creating an inclusive community.
We employ small group training mechanics. This model allows our coaches to correct forms, teach lifting baselines, and monitor execution closely while retaining a high-energy group environment.
Members build solid foundations through consistent coaching and phased training blocks. We regularly reassess movement patterns and weights to ensure safe, measurable, and continuous results.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. A coach will greet you, show you around the 3.0 facility, discuss your fitness history, and walk you through the structural flow of the session.
Bring comfortable activewear, supportive athletic training shoes, a reusable water bottle, and a sweat towel. All training equipment, turf mats, and recovery tools are provided.
Every 60-minute session begins with a joint mobility warmup, followed by the core strength or conditioning block, and finishes with a structured group cool-down, total-body stretch, and recovery brief.
An internal, team-based simulation designed to mimic actual HYROX race parameters, fostering team camaraderie and physical benchmarking.
An off-site social gathering allowing our members to build friendships, talk about goals, and relax outside of the training floor.
