Established over ten years ago and now operating out of our newly expanded 3.0 facility in Great Island Enterprise Park, we provide a welcoming, supportive, and results-driven environment. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. A coach will greet you, show you around the 3.0 facility, discuss your fitness history, and walk you through the structural flow of the session.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable activewear, supportive athletic training shoes, a reusable water bottle, and a sweat towel. All training equipment, turf mats, and recovery tools are provided.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute session begins with a joint mobility warmup, followed by the core strength or conditioning block, and finishes with a structured group cool-down, total-body stretch, and recovery brief.
