Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class or session. Check in at the Level 9 reception counter, where our staff will verify your booking, provide towels, and show you around.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout attire, supportive athletic shoes, and a reusable water bottle. Appropriate swimwear is required for the pool. We provide premium towels and shower toiletries.

What a typical session looks like

A standard class or training session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. It begins with a dynamic warm-up, moves to target-zone performance intervals, and concludes with static stretching and cool-down recovery.
