Arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled class. You will be warmly welcomed by our staff, shown around the space, and introduced to your coach for a brief alignment on your fitness goals.
Please wear comfortable workout clothing, flat athletic training shoes, and bring a water bottle. We supply all training equipment.
Every 60-minute class begins with a coached warm-up, followed by a technique review of the day's movements, a high-energy Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishes with a mobility cooldown.
