Beginner's guide

First visit

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Our coach will warmly welcome you, offer a tour of the studio, run through the layout of the screens, and detail each of the training stations.

Required equipment

Bring clean indoor running or cross-training athletic shoes, comfortable gym attire, a sweat towel, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

What a typical session looks like

Each session kicks off with a complete workout video demo of all stations, a unified 3-minute warm-up, 35-40 minutes of interval work, and a guided mobility cool-down.
