Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. A team member will introduce you to the facilities, show you where to place your gear, and walk you through the day's circuit configuration.

Required equipment

Clean, comfortable athletic wear, indoor training sneakers, a clean personal sweat towel, and a water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each class commences with comprehensive screen-guided movement demonstrations and a 5-minute dynamic physical warm-up. This is followed by 35 minutes of interval work and finishes with a 5-minute structured stretch and cool-down.
