Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. Our friendly coaches will greet you, show you around the locker and shower spaces, and walk you through the F45 workout format and screens.
Wear clean athletic trainers, lightweight exercise clothing, and bring a sweat towel and water bottle. Shower amenities are provided on-site.
