Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. Our friendly coaches will greet you, show you around the locker and shower spaces, and walk you through the F45 workout format and screens.

Required equipment

Wear clean athletic trainers, lightweight exercise clothing, and bring a sweat towel and water bottle. Shower amenities are provided on-site.

What a typical session looks like

Every session starts with a visual demonstration of all stations by the coaches, followed by a guided group warm-up. You then move through the circuit intervals indicated on the overhead screens, ending with a group stretch.
