Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class. Our coaches will welcome you, introduce you to the studio layout, explain the daily workout structure, and guide you through the digital screens.

Required equipment

Clean indoor training sneakers, a sweat towel, and a reusable water bottle. Comfortable athletic wear is highly recommended.

What a typical session looks like
