Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to your first class. Our friendly coaching team will welcome you, set up your profile, guide you through the studio layout, and brief you on the daily workout station transitions.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic clothing, clean indoor-only training shoes (no outdoor dirt), a sweat towel, and a reusable water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

A 5-minute interactive warm-up and movement demonstration, followed by 35-40 minutes of high-intensity station-to-station work, ending with a 3-minute group cool-down stretching block.
