Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. Our friendly head coach will welcome you, introduce you to the layout, and walk you through the day's training format on the F45 screens.

Required equipment

Clean, enclosed athletic trainers, a sweat towel, and a full water bottle. All other equipment is provided.

What a typical session looks like

Every session begins with a coach demonstration of all exercises and modifications, followed by a dynamic warm-up, the 45-minute working block, and a brief cooling down phase.
