First visit

Please arrive during our staffed reception hours so our trainers can hand over your digital access pass, guide you through the layout of our 4-in-1 gym zones, and conduct a brief safety walkthrough.

Required equipment

Clean, non-marking indoor sport shoes, athletic wear, a clean sweat towel to place over equipment, and your personal water bottle.

What a typical session looks like
