Bring clean, supportive athletic sneakers, comfortable activewear, and a water bottle. If you are joining a boxing class, bringing your own hand wraps and 12-16 oz gloves is highly recommended, though rentals are available.
Every session begins with a joint mobility warm-up, followed by a detailed technique briefing. Next comes the main event—either a highly structured CrossFit WOD or technical boxing heavy bag rounds—and finishes with a collective cool-down stretch.
