Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled class. A trainer will introduce you to the box layout, run through the movements of the day, and discuss any pre-existing health concerns or injuries.

Required equipment

We recommend flat-soled workout shoes, comfortable fitness wear, a personal water bottle, and a small towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every WOD includes a 10-minute targeted dynamic warmup, a 15-minute skill or heavy strength progression, a 20-30 minute metabolic conditioning routine, and a structured cool-down stretch.
