Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. Our friendly staff will welcome you, introduce you to the coach, show you the layout, and discuss any personal injuries or mobility limitations.
Bring comfortable training wear, flat athletic trainers, a personal towel, and a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
A standard 60-minute class includes a group warm-up (10-15 mins), structural strength or gymnastic skill development (15-20 mins), the WOD (Workout of the Day) conditioning session (15-25 mins), and group stretching/cool down (5 mins).
