Established in 2015, CrossFit Wolfhound Larne is a premier functional fitness gym located in the spacious Unit 53 of Ledcom Industrial Estate. For nearly a decade, we have been helping the community of Larne and County Antrim build functional strength, metabolic capacity, and long-term athletic durability. Our facility offers expert-led group classes, specialized HYROX preparation, Olympic weightlifting, and CrossFit-style gymnastics, alongside custom athletic programs designed specifically for kids and teens. Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. You will be greeted by one of our coaches, shown around our facility, and briefed on the scaling options available for the day's workout.

Required equipment

We recommend wearing athletic clothing, supportive training shoes (flat soles are best for lifting), and bringing a personal water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a general mobility warm-up, a focused strength or gymnastics skill session, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down block.
