Our coaching methodology uses highly structured CrossFit templates mixed with HYROX training principles, focusing primarily on movement mechanics, progressive scaling, and individual consistency.
We measure progress through consistent coaching evaluations, structured lifting cycles, and performance tracking, ensuring every athlete reaches their goals safely at their own pace.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. You will be greeted by one of our coaches, shown around our facility, and briefed on the scaling options available for the day's workout.
We recommend wearing athletic clothing, supportive training shoes (flat soles are best for lifting), and bringing a personal water bottle.
Each 60-minute session includes a general mobility warm-up, a focused strength or gymnastics skill session, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down block.
