Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early so our coaches can welcome you, show you around the box, and discuss your fitness goals and any previous injuries.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes (cross-trainers or lifters recommended), a water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session lasts 60 minutes and includes a coach-led dynamic warm-up, safety/technique instruction, the high-energy WOD, and a cooling-down stretch.
