First visit

Contact us via email to book your first free lesson. Arrive 10 minutes early to meet the coach and see the space.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothing, indoor athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session includes a dynamic warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the 'Workout of the Day' (WOD), and a cool-down/stretch, totaling about 60 minutes.
