Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. The head coach will introduce you to the facility structure, go over your fitness history, and help prepare your movements.

Required equipment

Comfortable sports apparel, supportive athletic training shoes, a water bottle, and a personal gym sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each session consists of a 10-minute structural warm-up, a 15-minute specific movement preparation/strength block, a 25-minute metabolic high-intensity WOD, and a 10-minute cool-down.
