The quintessential Workout of the Day. This class blends high-intensity interval conditioning, gymnastics skill development, and loaded barbell movements to forge comprehensive, daily physical preparedness.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness
Designed for hybrid cardiovascular capacity and muscular stamina. Expect running blocks, heavy functional movements, rowers, and sled drills engineered to match global HYROX races.
Objective: Cardio & Muscle Endurance
Focused purely on mastering the snatch, clean, and jerk. Highly technical sessions aimed at building total body explosiveness, speed under the barbell, and overhead stability.
Objective: Explosive Strength & Technique
An unstructured time block allowing athletes to focus on personal skill development, accessory movements, strength work, or recovery mobility protocols at their own individual pace.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. The head coach will introduce you to the facility structure, go over your fitness history, and help prepare your movements.

Each session consists of a 10-minute structural warm-up, a 15-minute specific movement preparation/strength block, a 25-minute metabolic high-intensity WOD, and a 10-minute cool-down.
