We track performance baselines regularly. Our class structure allows consistent scaling of weights and repetitions, allowing physical metrics to improve safely week by week.
Arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit. A coach will greet you, walk you through our facilities, discuss any physical limitations you may have, and introduce you to the class structure.
Bring comfortable workout clothes, flat athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.
A 60-minute session includes: a general and specific warm-up (15 min), a technical or strength module (20 min), the Workout of the Day (WOD) (20 min), and a brief cool-down/stretching phase (5 min).
