Paid street parking is available directly along Rue César Franck and nearby avenues. Free parking spaces can sometimes be found slightly further into the residential zones of Ixelles.

When visiting CrossFit Vince21 for the first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. Our head coach will greet you at the entrance, show you around our box, and discuss any previous injury history or current fitness level.
We recommend wearing standard athletic sportswear and comfortable, flat-soled training shoes. Be sure to bring a personal water bottle and a sweat towel. Lockers are available to secure your items.
Every session lasts exactly 60 minutes and is broken down into structured segments: a 10-minute cardiovascular and mobility warm-up, a 15-to-20-minute technical skills or strength block, a 15-to-25-minute metabolic workout (the WOD), and a dedicated cool-down and stretching phase.
