Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early so our head coach Alon can welcome you, show you around the box, and understand your athletic background and goals.

Required equipment

Comfortable workout clothes, flat athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

A dynamic group warm-up (10 min), followed by specific movement practice or strength work (15-20 min), the main high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD) (15-25 min), and group stretching/cool-down.
