Located on the eastern side of the Tromsø bridge in Tromsdalen, CrossFit Uvær is easily accessible from both the mainland and the island of Tromsø.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class starts. Introduce yourself to the coach at the front desk, and they will give you a tour of the facility and discuss your fitness goals.
Comfortable workout clothes, clean indoor cross-training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel if you plan on showering after the session.
Every 60-minute class consists of a dynamic warm-up, skill or strength development work, the main Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cool-down/stretching phase.
