The 'Workout of the Day' is our signature class. It combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in a high-intensity format that is constantly varied to ensure you never plateau.

Located in the lively Ursynów district of Warsaw, the gym is nestled in a residential area that is both quiet and easily accessible for locals.
Easily reachable via Metro Line M1 (Ursynów/Stokłosy stations) and several local bus lines stopping near Wacława Lachmana.
Street parking is typically available in the surrounding residential area near the building.
We follow the core CrossFit mantra: Technique first, then consistency, and only then intensity. This ensures long-term health and injury prevention.
Our coaching methodology is based on functional movements that are constantly varied and performed at high intensity relative to the individual's capacity.
We track performance metrics on our gym board, allowing members to see tangible evidence of their strength, speed, and endurance gains over time.
Arrive 15 minutes early to meet the coach, sign the waiver, and get a tour of the facility. Don't worry about your current fitness level; we will adapt everything for you.
Comfortable workout clothes, flat-soled athletic shoes (CrossFit or lifting shoes recommended), a towel, and a water bottle.
Each 60-minute session includes a group warm-up, a skill or strength portion, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down/stretching period.
